It broke the first day. Edit: I was contacted by the seller and they offered to replace broken chain. Excellent customer service!
I ordered a keychain and got a necklace. The seller didn't respond to my email for a while. When she finally did she was pretty rude. This is my last straw for Jane.com. I've had good orders but I'm tired of dealing with items that aren't what i thought they'd be. I've wasted too much on shipping and it's not worth it anymore. Goodbye Jane.com
