Not exactly what I expected but they are very nice.

Ordered 4 rings. Only received 3 and one was wrong size. Emailed shop owner but so far no response. Was giving as gifts. Now I have to go out and buy other gifts to replace these!! I am very upset.

The necklace and charms were great. My complaint is that I was supposed to receive 5 charms and the locket color didn't look like the one I picked. I emailed the seller and she replied right away asking for a picture of the locket. I emailed her right back with a picture of the locket along with everything I received showing her that a charm was missing from my order. I let her know this is a Christmas gift so I really needed the problem fixed as soon as possible. I still have not received any response from the seller and with it being so close to Christmas I had to spend extra money to get the missing charm from the origami owl website. I understand mistakes happen so the missing charm would have been ok if the problem was resolved and if the seller would communicate back with me. This is the reason for my low rating. If this issue hadn't happened and if the seller was responding to me than I would have been very happy with the material.

The rings are awesome! However, there seemed to be miscommunication between Jane and the owner of this company, and I was disappointed in how it was handled (regarding shipping time). I'm so excited about the rings, however.
One of my rings was missing a letter. But they sent me a new one same day and it shipped pretty fast. Love them!

Super cute!
Print is so tiny I can barely read it with reading glasses and good light and because I know what it says. Maybe because the rings are narrow. Definitely different than the picture. I hope my daughter likes it anyway.
