My favorite earrings!!

Very cute. Good quality. It's so shiny that's it's hard to read the writing on the ring.

Very pretty nice color

I absolutely love the pendants (I bought three) but the chains are very flimsy. The one I bought my daughter broke as I was wrapping it. I took a chain from one of the others so I could give it on Xmas but will have to go out and buy decent chains for all three of them and provide them after the fact.

I ordered two of these on separate orders but received one of the lockets broken (the glass is cracked). I emailed the seller and have still not heard back from her. I need it as a gift on New Year's Eve (when my family gets together for Christmas) but it looks like I'll have to find a different gift to give since I've heard nothing. Update: she sent a new one to replace the broken one, which was awesome! Thank you! Response was slow, but shipping was very fast.

The ring comes as ordered and fits great! But from the day I ordered it to delivery, it was almost 3 weeks. That's my only complaint.

We purchased the necklace. It's BEAUTIFUL! A bit smaller than I had thought, but absolutely perfect. The chain the pendants are on is just as nice. Now for the reason I had to take 2 stars. I ordered this product on 11/30/16. It was to be shipped by approx. 12/14/16. I figured that would be perfect for me to get it and add it to the box I was sending. the USPS showed that it had been added for drop off on 12/13 and I was excited. On 12/14 PM it hadn't been logged through USPS that the pkg had arrived to them. So, I emailed the seller to make sure. She replied that it doesn't always get logged on USPS and that she drops anywhere from 5-12 totes off at the post office per day. It's the Holidays, I get it. I got busy and didn't check again until 12/19. Still not processed on USPS and I hadn't received it in the mail. I emailed the seller again. Guess what shipped that night? I also got no response to my email, no "I'm sorry this didn't ship as expected" or anything. By the time I got it, it was too late to send for Christmas. I'll still be sending it, but it's pretty frustrating that the seller didn't pay attention to her customer as I felt she should have. This is the -2 stars.
