I finally received the rings after 6 weeks and multiple attempts to contact the seller. Jane customer service was very responsive but they could not get a response from the seller via Jane either. I was able to locate the seller on Etsy and contacted her through her Etsy page but it wasn’t until after multiple attempts that I got a reply. After about six weeks I received the rings but the personalization is misspelled on one of them. I double checked my order form to ensure it wasn’t a mistake on my part and it was not. I have contacted the seller about the mistake but of course I have gotten no reply. the rings are cute (with the exception of the spelling error) but all things considered, I would be very hesitant to recommend the seller.

Well worth the wait. Ring was a little thicker than I thought it would be, but still love it Would but from again and recommend this seller.
