My first bangle was lost in mail or never actually got in the mail. Tracking never took off. I contacted the seller after I should have gotten and she send a new one and gave me the new tracking immediately.

Purchased two of these pendants. They are beautiful however one of the chains was broken

The post office lost my first package and Kara was very nice and got another sent out but when I received my replacement necklace, my cactus necklace didn’t have the green charm. The charm was part of the reason I ordered:( it is my son’s birth stone and a cactus has meaning to me. So I was sad that there was no stone.
