once she shipped the package, it never left the post office. After a week of no movement, I informed her. Twice. Instead of emailing me back and asking if I would like another one made or a refund.... I just got a refund.

The earrings were perfect for what I was looking for! One of the sets did come mismatched initially, but the seller had great customer service and fixed the problem for me quickly! I would definitely buy again.

Haven’t even received my ring at all. Not happy with this company at all.

I did NOT receive my item after contacting the maker, or shipper 3 times via email. I was told it was delivered however it was NOT delivered to MY address that I correctly annotated upon checkout. I now do not have my necklace, nor the funds I spent on it. It also took about a month since I ordered it and still no resolution. Buyer beware!
