I thought I was ordering keychains but received necklaces.........

I love these earrings. After having them a week a few of my diamonds fell out. However, I emailed the seller and she refunded me the difference shipping and all!!

I don't normally leave reviews, and negative ones at that, but the lack of response has compelled me to do so. I ordered this customized cuff on October 27th and promptly paid for my order. Received Shipping notification on November 10th that the shipment was received, package acceptance pending. To date, there have been no further updates as to shipping. I emailed the seller on December 5th, to no avail. I emailed again today, December 13th, and received and automatic reply. Disappointed does not even explain it!

The clasp is a cheap plastic, there is black ink marks on the tag, and the tag was bent when I opened it. I was able to bend it back very easily but the metal is thin. Just not what I expected. Hopefully it will be “the thought that counts”.
