If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I ordered on December 4th and it shipped out on December 8th. I have yet to receive it and it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. There was no tracking on it for the longest time (I emailed her twice about tracking and no response horrible customer service) and then finally yesterday it said it would be delivered today by 8pm and it’s not here. What’s funny is I ordered another necklace from her on December 5th and it was shipped the same day this one was and I got it fine no problems.

It’s beautiful. Wish the circle washer was a tad smaller. It was shocking when I opened it. But I’m overall very happy how professional the personalization came out. I was starting to panic thinking it wouldn’t get here in time for Christmas Eve but it did with one day to spare.

I ordered these on Nov. 9 have tried repeatedly to contact seller. I have never recieved them. They were never taken to the post office but they were checked in. I have also contacted Jane and have yet to have anyone help me with this order. These were for a youth christmas gift of 20 girls that now will not get a Christmas gift. I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!

Love it!!! Perfect Christmas gift!

I am highly displeased!!! I ordered this ornament on November 26,2017. My intention was to give it to first time parents to celebrate the fact that they are having a baby. I wanted to give it to them BEFORE Christmas so they could hang it on their tree and enjoy it. According to the tracking, it has been sitting in South Dakota since 5pm on December 13!!!! Since I live in PA and today is 12/22, it looks like I won't even have it to give to my friends on Christmas.

I ordered two of these- one for my sister as a gift and one for myself. I LOVE both the necklaces and my sister was so happy with hers! Shipping was fast, but unfortunately the chain on mine arrived broken. I think I’ll be able to fix it, but this is why I can only give it 3 stars.

My item was delivered to Virginia yesterday. Problem is, I’m in Arkansas. Hoping this can be resolved, but no way it can be resolved by Christmas. Very disappointed.

I ordered 4 pendants and unfortunately only received 3, I got in touch with the seller and she got back to me very quickly and said she was sending the 4th out immediately. Unfortunately they're for Christmas and I won't receive the 4th in time. These are much bigger than I expected but they're beautiful! UPDATE: Seller said she sent out on 12/20 and sent me tracking- unfortunately the tracking still hasn't been verified and I'm still waiting for the 4th and the seller won't get back to me...... Seems like I'm not the only one.
