Never received the ornaments I ordered(which were suppose to be Christmas presents). E-mailed seller about a refund and have yet to get a response. Feel I've allowed plenty of time for delivery. Tracking shows it never left South Dakota since December 9, 2017!!!! Just give me my refund!

Pretty and good quality, but one of mine had the metal part put on crooked. Now it’s all I see! The other one was perfect, but one was so sideways!!

I ordered several of these necklaces as Christmas presents. I like them overall, but my mother's necklace was poorly made and the stones were crooked and off center. I contacted the seller directly and asked about a replacement. After several emails and a photograph as proof of the issue, she agreed to replace the item and sent tracking info and the date she would be sending the item. She never sent it. Thinking she just got busy and forgot, I sent a couple of inquiries about a month later. She will not even dignify me with a response. I have been very polite and patient. Beware of this seller! She will not make things right in her dealings with you.
