I'm not sure how close up she got for these pictures, but it is quite deceiving. You cannot even read the names on my rings without a magnifying glass. I am so disappointed, I figured the black stamping would stand out and it doesn't at all. It looks like 3 silver rings. Should have paid the extra money for a more well known place. No refunds and no returns. I'm out a bunch of money now.

Disappointed. I ordered 2 of these. One came in flawlessly and the other was very scratched up and looked like it had a film of glue on it. I contacted the seller a few days ago hoping they would make it right. I was prepared to still leave them a good review if they were diligent about fixing their mistake. I have yet to hear anything back. Now I am pretty sure My mother in law will not get a new one in time for Mother's Day. :(

Perfect for a little a Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law. Not giving 5 stars because shipping took almost 2 weeks.

I ordered a ring with 3 stones to represent my daughter, my mom, and me. As I was pulling it out the clear bag, I could see that a stone was missing from the 3rd spot (ie had 3 circles but only 2 filled). I emailed them at 9.45am today to see when they could send a replacement (hopefully in time for mothers day) but haven't received a response yet. ***update: they contacted me shortly after and sent out a replacement ring ASAP. Unfortunately one of the stones was glued on the top of the ring outside of the hole. At that point I just asked for a refund, which I received right away with no hassle. About 3 days later, I received a ring in the mail free of charge which I didn't expect but appreciated. The ring itself is dainty and beautiful. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars due to the great customer service. I would purchase from here again.

My item was returned to the seller, I reached out and she said she didnt receive it although the tracking clearly states it was returned to her. Now she will not return my emails or money! NOT HAPPY AT ALL Becareful!
