It came later than promised but the seller refunded shipping since we got it after Mother’s Day

I received this with the month July on it and not my daughters name. It’s a cute ring and she would have loved it had it had her name and not the month on it.

Shipping time was good, the pendant is pretty, but the chain arrived broken in 2.

I am very unhappy with this order. Ordered Purple Titanium/Silver. The color I received was dark blue green and the earrings also were not secured in the casing of the earrings backings well. Not a nice pair of earrings.

The item took over a month to get here (not as posted on the listing) and came damaged. This item was obviously damaged when they sent it. Very disappointing. And, the seller never responded to my email after receiving it damaged.

Love it except I would change the font. I got the stylish font shown in the gold.

Ordered two, one blue one silver. Love the look of two stacked and can’t complain about the quality! Worn almost every day for a month and haven’t tarnished or turned. The blue is a little hard to read, but I don’t mind. A perfect, dainty reminder of my son’s birthday. Will probably order more colors when available again!

If I could leave 0 stars for this company, I would do so. The tag necklace I ordered looks nothing like the picture. It is very very small and you can barely read my children’s names on them. The “Kara” lady that messaged me showed no concern for the fact that I was dissatisfied with my product and afterwards ignored my messages. Save yourself time and money and ignore this sellers products.
