Sent me the wrong size. I messaged them and haven’t heard back yet.

Cute but the purple ring is very hard to read the font . I wanted hearts on both sides of the name like the pictures show . There was no place to add that in the order so I immediately msg the seller And was told I couldn’t “change” it after I order . Not great customer service and can’t read the name

Please don’t get me wrong I love the ring, but unfortunately when I opened it there was a dent or crack in the metal around one of the stones. What can I do? Not really happy about it.

It has been over a month since I ordered and the seller has only shipped one of the six necklaces ordered. I was told the remainder of my order would ship when I notified her that my order was incomplete and I would receive tracking information but I received neither tracking or the other five and seller did not respond to emails requesting updates. Since these were gifts I now have to find another shop to fulfill my order.
