Love! I had to contact the seller due to tracking issues and the seller responded very quickly with helpful information.

I received the pendant part but not the necklace. I have contacted the seller multiple times. After the first time I contacted her, she asked me to send her the order number which I did three times. I have not heard back from them or received the necklace. I even asked what I would need to do to return the pendant for a refund but still no response. I don't see a reason to keep the pendant without a necklace to wear it on.

Do wish they came in 1/2 sizes - the bands are thicker the more you order so beware....but i love them!!!

Only complaint was shipping took a while

Print on the ring was smaller and more faded than expected. Also, I wear a size 5 so I ordered a size 5 and it is way too small!! Unfortunately since it was personalized I can’t do anything about it.

Arrived with entirely wrong font. Instead of the cute featured font that I specified, these arrived with ugly square font. Would love to exchange but no option for that.
