If i could, I wouldn’t even give this purchase a star. The 3 rings I ordered are not “silver” like the picture. It is a dark dark silver. Looks so cheap. I ordered a mixture of lowercase and upper case. 2 of the rings came all lower case. Kate said it’s because only “certain” letters are lowercase”. Ok well she didn’t specify that in her description. I never would have bought all lowercase then. The sizes are also off. Yet she swears they are correct. I ordered a size up and it is the exact same size as my wedding ring. Her policy is no return or refunds but she wants to know if a product is wrong. When you let her know something isn’t right she will deny it, say your rings were sent out as ordered (total lie) and there is nothing she can do. Please.....spend your money somewhere else. She is one of the rudest people i have even done buisness with. I filed fraud charges with my bank and luckily they agreed what I got is not what I ordered..

I love the ring! It’s exactly as pictured and the sizing is on point. The only thing that I’m disappointed is there is some adhesive on the ring from where the stone was placed. I’m hesitant to use any sort of chemicals on it however, as I’m not sure if the integrity of the metal
