Hi there! Per our messaging, the package was marked delivered to the address you provided when you purchased, therefore at this point, there was nothing I could do as you did not want to go and talk to your post office to locate it.
This was a birthday present for my daughter. She has the tattoo and absolutely loves this symbol. The necklace was a perfect gift and very pretty. Will buy again.
I ordered this necklace on 8/20/2019 and on 8/24/2019, I received the necklace. It was supposed to have two bars, each with the name of one of my boys as per my order form. What I received contained both my boy's names on one bar only. I contacted seller and heard nothing until I had Jane reach out to them. She replied saying she would re-do my necklace quickly and gave me a tracking number. Three weeks later, I still have no necklace and she has yet to reply to any of the three emails I have since sent politely inquiring about the status of the re-do. So disappointing because I really like the style and would rather have the necklace than a refund. Requested a refund through Jane today.
If I could give zero stars I would. This seller does not care about her customers. I ordered two rings for my kids, one was mispelled and the other was illegible. I wish I could attach the picture to my review for everyone to see. No apology, no offer to remake the rings. Nothing. Do not order from this seller. It’s not worth it.
These pieces are handmade, and mistakes do happen from time to time. While I do my best to ensure all customers are happy, there are occasionally times when that is not possible no matter how hard I try. Your original email was very rude and upsetting, with harsh words “demanding” that I expedite a new ring plus issue a full refund, as well as other inappropriate words.
Beautiful! I wish they came in individual boxes but super happy with the quality. Look as pictured.
