The bracelet I received seemed to be a great quality however one out of the three names was wrong I have reached out to the shop owner by email on Dec 4th and on Dec 10th she offered to send either a new charm with the correct name or me ship back the bracelet and she correct the order. I opted for her making the corrected charm. Have not heard anything since nor received anything in the mail

I ordered 2 things a necklace and a bracelet well when my order arrived it was two bracelets. I emailed the seller immediately and still have yet to receive an email back.

Very cute! It was just as expected. Also. Quicker delivery than I thought.
