Received my necklace and it has the wrong birthstone. Emailed the seller over 24 hours ago and havent heard back. It is a beautiful necklace but unfortunately it can't be used bc it was supposed to be a Christmas present. :( Now giving one star because it's been days, I've reached out twice, and still haven't heard from the seller. Very disappointed!

Received item and a name was misspelled. Have sent emails asking for corrections or refund and they will not respond to emails. Quite disappointing. Glad to change my review if they will make this right. Everyone makes mistakes, but to not respond, not good business.
