I have yet to receive this product that was mailed on 12/10/19 - I have attempted to contact the shop but have not gotten a reply. I would love to receive my product - it was a Christmas gift and unfortunately I had to run and get a last minute gift to replace it!!

Hi! Unfortunately during the busy holiday season, USPS does lose packages occasionally. A refund was issued on this order as it seems to be lost/stuck in transit within their system.
