Quality wasn't what I expected and the sizing was off. I bought a seven which is what I always wear and it didn't fit. And the vedor did not offer returns or exchanges.
Hi! I am sorry that your rings did not fit, however all of my rings are standard US ring sizes. Customers often make the mistake of ordering a size they know fits one hand, when rings may not fit the other hand (dominant hand is usually larger by at least half a size). Due to the personalization of these, it is not possible for me to accept exchanges. Thank you
I ordered 3 necklaces and only received one. I sent an email to the seller with no response and so has Jane.com customer service. I do not recommend this seller.

Ordered 5 pairs. One pair does not match in color, one pair the stone is smaller than the earring. Contacted seller and was refunded. I like the other 3 pairs!
