I am so happy with my necklace! I ordered it with only about a week before mother's day as a little gift for myself and it is absolutely perfect & it came the day before Mother's day! I bought this for my sister for Mother’s Day and it was so cute! I almost wanted to buy one for myself! I would definitely recommend! Heavy duty and not cheap looking at all.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The only reason I left 1 star is bc I had to. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from this seller! I ordered my Mom a necklace for Mother’s Day & within 5 days it had broken. It literally fell off my Moms neck while she was sitting still & was in pieces. She wasn’t touching the necklace at all. I have reached out to the seller through email twice (over a week period so there was plenty of time for a response) & I’ve gotten NO response from the seller either time! Seller does not want to make right on the junk they sell. I have since emailed Jane support including the emails sent to the seller with dates & times & waiting on a response! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!

Good quality material and text. I got this for my mom for Mother's Day, and she loved it. It fits in really well with the rest of her stacking bracelets.

The seller made a mistake on my order. After stating a replacement would be sent out, 5 weeks later I still received nothing and the seller would not reply to my emails. It took contacting support to get a resolution, which turned out to be a refund because the seller didn't know what happened to the package. It was never sent out. Nice product, poor seller communication.
