Love this necklace, but one of the dates was engraved with the wrong month. Waiting to hear back from the seller to hopefully get a replacement. Will update my review when/if I hear back!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I forgot to update my address before placing my order. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY (within 5 minutes) to try and correct the address. She told me to contact Jane Support to cancel the order since she could not locate the order number or correct the address. She then ignored their emails requesting to cancel the order and shipped it to the wrong address. She literally created the shipping label after being cc'd on the email to Jane support where I asked that they try to contact her once more and if no response please issue a refund. I ordered from 5 other shops the same day I placed this order and had no issues fixing my address or canceling and replacing the orders. This shop is the only one I had a problem with she is extremely unprofessional. Thankfully Jane was nice enough to issue me a credit in the amount of the order since I will not receive the necklace.
