Update: it's been almost 3 weeks since I sent my first two emails about trying to get the 2 necklaces that were never sent to me I honestly just want my money back for the 2 necklaces or for them to send me the necklaces I understand that the holidays have them extremely busy, but a simple reply back to my email would have been great Knowing that they care about their customers and the products that they sell Very unprofessional considering they won't even message me back 12/1/2020: I ordered 3 necklaces and 1 keychain. I received my order yesterday and 2 necklaces were missing. I purchased these necklaces for family members because my grandmother passed away this summer. I have messaged the company and I have yet to receive a response back from them.
