The rings look great! But they don't stay the way they look in the picture. I ordered 3 rings and one ends up underneath the other 2.

Necklace came in very quickly after placing the order. The only problem I had was I immediately emailed the seller as soon as I placed the order to make a correction to the order. You are allowed to have up to 4 birthstones, I placed the order with 2 and needed 1 more birthstone. The seller never emailed me back. Finally after receiving the order 5 days later, I emailed the seller once again to see if she could send me another birthstone because of my mistake. She then emailed back the next day to tell me I was only able to cancel orders after they are placed and order it again. Well I couldn’t have cancelled the order anyways bc she failed to email me back the first time but then offered me to purchase another birthstone from her after the holidays! No thanks, I’ll give my business else where!

This seller is a joke! DO NOT order from her. I had placed an order. Then decided right way I did not want it and emailed her to cancel. I also canceled another order at the same time. That seller cancelled the order the next day, no questions asked, no problem what so ever. Perfect, no problems. Happy as a clam. Them and me. These people, however ignored my email, made the rings anyway, and shipped them and still of course as expected billed me. When I contacted them as to why they did this, they said they needed contact from Jane.come first. Never, ever have I done that and I've gotten refunds every time as long as I've contacted the individual shop immediately before they had the chance to make or bag and post the item. This is fraud and is not tolerable by any standard. Update: Very glad that Jane.com gave me a credit for the amount t spent as I did all my Christmas shopping on here!
