(***This is an edited review. ) After my initial problem below, I contacted Denise by email and she immediately sent out another Reminder Binder to me. She did not charge me for the extra and threw in a little something special as well. She was more than gracious and it was THE best customer service I've received since I don't know when. Honestly!!! Was a pleasure working with her. I'll be sure to buy more of her products. Well with the quality and money !! I just got this today and was thrilled to open it!! However, when doing so, the front cover on the bottom right hand side is damaged. It has about a .5" tear and the 'personal information/emergency sheet' was not put in properly. It is loose, looks as if it wasn't 'punched' or threaded through a machine like the others. I have sent an email to the owner and will update as things progress. As for the planner itself, it's WELL worth the money! I just hope these items above get fixed!
