I really like the product but it came with a broken elastic and when I emailed them I got no response.

Binding not holding up. Super cute and thick pages. Not sure how it will last due to binding.

I ordered 2 books and only received 1 but was charged for 2 and it shows my order was complete. I have contacted the seller and have heard nothing from them. It’s been a couple days. The books themselves are cute and well made. I’m just not satisfied with the customer service at all.

My mother and I love these to help keep us organized.
I like the planner, the colors are nice and I like that it gives you lots of space for each day to write stuff out. However, the strap that holds it closed snapped off a couple days after using and the pockets on the inside are pretty cheap and won’t hold many papers without breaking. Other than that, I’m happy with it.
