I bought three of them. One for myself and the other two for family members that have been struggling for a while. I told them to write something good that happens each day regardless of the day they are having. Only good news. Hoping we all can look back one day and realize how blessed we really are. These journals are great! The stickers are cheerful and uplifting.

10 year old grand daughter likes it.
