Bought this for my granddaughter who is going off to college in the fall. I thought it would be a good reminder for her to find good in every day. Good quality and room enough to write thoughts. The stickers are a cute incentive too.

Love this! I am so glad I ordered it. I’ve only used it a few days but It has helped me realize I have so much to be grateful for! It even has a space for a random act of kindness which I feel will give me a goal every week to just do something for someone else.
