Soft Minky Pillowcase

I ordered my daughters crib bedding from this before she was born and loved it! When I saw that she also made these pillowcases I knew that I NEEDED some since we'll be transitioning her to big girl bed in a few months. They are so soft and excellent quality!

Distressed Jeans

I will admit that I ordered the wrong item I meant to get Style 1 and that's fine I wasn't upset enough because that was my mistake and was like "cool I have distressed jeans that's fine I needed a new pair" but here's the issue: They are itchy and uncomfortable The denim is cheap, and it's not an allergic reaction itchy It's just extremely uncomfortable material and very thin The fit was weird. I contacted them for a refund, and I can But I had to send multiple emails to get refund address, when I have to get it refunded by, the deadline, and my concerns were completely ignored The customer service was just flat out rude. So not cool, and I hope this gets noticed so they can work on that.

Sorry you feel that way. I do see they did provide the ship back by time and the return address on the first email you sent. And they did provide that again today to you. This is the store policy to respond within 5 minutes during business hours and to provide a resolution, both of which they did provide. The shipping dept will be looking for the return of the jeans, and will promptly get this send over to Jane to refund. Happy Thanksgiving!
