Well, we ordered this a couple weeks ago. Just got here. I only ordered 2 for me and my husband. They didn’t ask for size or anything so I figured one size fits all. Well the mask was insanely loose on me. To the point where there was no point in wearing it because it would just fall all the way down. My husband is a huge guy so I thought maybe they will fit him. Nope, super big. Don’t know if I read something wrong but they don’t fit anyone. Appreciate the effort, but we can’t even utilize them. Found some from another girl and they’re so much better.

It was made well and it was a cute fabric; however, looking back, it would’ve been helpful to have seen a person modeling the mask. When on, it gapes very big on the sides of the face, which is definitely not what I’m wanting during this time period. Unfortunately, I’m going to be looking for some more form fitted masks elsewhere. Updating my review... it fits a lot better after adjusting the elastic. Still a little bit around the ears but I could tie the elastic to fit it better. It still would be much helpful to have someone model it or explain in the description about how to tighten it, if needed. Additionally, customer service was not the best and a bit rude. I had placed 2 separate orders. After receiving the first order, I cancelled the other that was “processing” and was given a refund. I was contacted by the seller who accused me of getting a refund for items already received, which was not the case and I verified with pictures. Later, I received a shipping notification for the items that were cancelled and then recharged my account. If this many people are having issues with the mask, it may be helpful to show a picture of a person wearing it. You also need a better description of the item and where to find this video that you keep referencing.

Junk...does not fit face correctly, no way to fit around nose, all around junk! Very disappointed!

WAY too small for an adult face. My friends arrived missing the elastic on one side. Total waste!

Be sure to check sizing the one I ordered was probably for a child. Good quality and super cute will give to my grandson.

I have a narrow face and this was still way to small and tight. The material didnt fit comfortably over mouth and nose. So tight couldn't breath. Wish I could return it

I’m not sure if I have a larger than normal face or of my ears are further apart than most people, but this face mask was very small. It pulled my ears forward and really wouldn’t stay on.

Cute covers, but not quite as cute as the pics. One did have a hole in it and a black spot that was not part of the pattern. I have just turned it so you can’t see it. I do like the idea of reusing pillows that I already have.
