The mask is not gathered on the sides and leaves a big gap on each side

I found these masks to be below grade and not at all what I was hoping for - especially for the price.

Love the fabric, just small

It is too tight on my ears and I do not have a big head or a long face.

Terrible design and worthless for covering your face. Customer service is absolutely rude and horrible! This seller is a disgrace to Jane and it’s stellar reputation. I’ve been buying from Jane sellers for years! These masks are a basic square with elastic ear straps. They gap away from your face no matter how you adjust the ill fitting elastic sides. The sides do not stay cinched. They will tell you to “watch the video” which we did, but no video can offset the horrible design. We have bought masks from several sources and NONE of them have been designed like this. Terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Cute, but very itchy

The masks are not made for petite people. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Exactly like pictured.

Comfortable and cute

Wore it today and was very comfortable...love the colors!

The mask doesn't fit my face quite right leaving gaping sides and not offering much coverage. When I reached out to the seller with photos on what I was experiencing, she emailed back with "These are the same mask that the DBC production team have worn for years. You simply need to wear it correctly. This is a cased elastic mask, so if you need more room, then you synch down the elastic for more elastic. This is for an average adult. If you have a smaller face, just tie a knot in the elastic behind your ears. Please do watch the How To Wear mask video." Which I felt like was quite a snarky response and if she looked at my photos she would clearly know that I did not need more room, I needed less gaps. I also didn't have room on the elastic to tie a knot because they were pulling/tight on my ears already. REGARDLESS, I watched the video and followed the instructions and the elastic quickly broke on one side of the masks. I like to give benefit of the doubt so I don't want to say that all their products are worthless, but my personal experience was not a great one. I'm usually really happy with Jane products and sellers.
