Three out of four items were not sewn correctly The seam was splitting when received When I reached out to the company and they told me that the item looked like it was stretched and if I want it taken care of that I have to send them back on my own dime. These are masks that have to be stretched to put put over your head. Terrible customer service

Sorry you feel that way. However, the accuracy of this review is not as she stated via email. Customer stated in the original message: "We have yet to wear them and already the stitching is coming apart." DBC did offer to resew the items for her, and a label would be emailed to her to send back since they had not been worn. Upon her sending pictures, she was told she could send them back to be fixed, she then provided more accurate information:"They obviously have to be stretched to put over someone’s head. Am I wrong?" A resolution was provided to this individual, but she said:"If this is how you are sending your products out- you may want to take a second to revisit your procedure."
