Very nice for the price!

Very cute bag but the zipper was broke when I took it out of the packaging... I have emailed the company twice and no response yet. Frustrated!

Purse was delivered with a broken zipper and you cannot take off backpack straps so it’s difficult to even use as a standard purse. Sent a message to the seller. Hoping to get this problem resolved and will update my rating if corrected
