I was so excited to get this bag. It finally arrived and I unpacked it and found 3 different cracks on 3 different parts of the handles close to where they are attached to the bag. I emailed the company who sent it and sent pictures. We Will see if they respond. I haven’t heard anything back yet but it was over the weekend. The handles are very stiff and seem cheaply made so I don’t believe with use it will be long before they crack so much the handles fall off. Print is cute and it’s nice and big.
