I received my bag really quickly which I appreciate. The bag looks exactly like the picture. however, it was a little smaller than I expected and smelled like fake leather and chemicals. I let it air out, but it didn't fix the smell. When I reached out to customer support on March 29, I asked them to help me return the item. On their website it says 14 day return policy, but its now April 13 and I still haven't heard anything back from them. If there's a chance you will return it, I suggest buying it from another retailer.

It did not make my expectations. The tissue paper was glued to the purse.

I’m not going to say I wouldn’t recommend the item but I will say that it came to me damaged. That was very disappointing. The bag overall seemed nice but one of the stones had fallen off I’m guessing during the process of delivery.

When I opened the package it came missing rivets on the front.

I've had this handbag for a week. Doing nothing crazy with it except going to an office job and back home. I was excited for a new roomy purse! Then a black stud already fell off 2 days ago. I was bummed but didn't think much of it. Then I looked again today and a whole other stud fell completely off the other side. Don't waste your money. Super disappointed.

Garbage ..studs are falling off after just a couple months...what a rip off..
