They’re too big on me, keep sliding off.

It broke immediately. I had a few lipsticks in the zip pocket. I was walking and it bust wide open. When I went to try to zip it I realized it was busted not just unzipped. Then I tried to zip it and the tassel completely fell off. I was holding the metal piece.

I received my bag & the zipper in the middle is 1. Upside down 2. Stuck in the middle.....double broke. Very cheaply made. I was very disappointed. Now I can’t get anyone to answer my email regarding a return & refund.

I wish there was a way to remove the backpack straps. They are very cumbersome and you cannot comfortably use the bag as an over-the-shoulder purse.

This was the absolutely terrible quality. Literally was like a ripped t-shirt that I could have made myself. Super thin fabric that was rippling on the edges and scissor cut holes for what goes around the ear. I do not recommend. Don’t waste your money.

I like these, I just wish they were longer. The look to be fairly long in the picture, but aren’t. They are useful though, and have helped keep my ears from getting so sore.
