This is a super cute bag and I love how the straps are convertible. However, I was disappointed to see it was from China (Chinese tags all over) and the material is already torn in the front where the V clamp is after using it for only 2 days.

I am so sorry but as stated in our email and per our company policy we needed you to send the bag back (with our prepaid label) in order for us to refund you.
