One of the end hooks broke off before I even used it. I still tried it out broken, and it worked fine, but I feel like it will break again because of being so delicate

This tumbler is beautiful. I get a lot of compliments. However, It doesn't keep my drink cold as long as my Big Frig. I liked it so much I have both colors.

Super small, didn’t fit car cup holders in any of the four cars we have, very Thin and cheaply made, won’t absorb much if they did fit the holders. Contacted seller to return them the day we received them but was told that was not allowed because they are “custom” products and they were cut out when ordered, disappointing.

Used for a few hours, opened and closed twice and the zipper pull fell apart.
