Not as pictured on the models. It's basically a piece of fabric with slits for your arms and pockets. I'm 5'4" for reference. The poncho does not drape as pictured at all. I'm usually a fan of CC products, but definitely not this one.

Love it. So cute. Love the zippers and pockets. I love how big the “pockets” are which allows for example the length of a checkbook perfectly. So far so good. One of the zippers was split when I received it. When I zipped it back and forth it seems to be okay now so I hope it doesn’t split and break on me.
