The order was for 3 purses (over $100) but only one was sent. I immediately contacted them and the other two were received a week later. When I got the other two, the wrong color had been sent I contacted them again about the order being wrong and they asked if I could just keep the incorrect items inst. Will never order from them again.

Hi Alli. Our team did respond to you and apologized for sending the wrong colors. We only asked if you liked the camel and wanted to keep them or have us send the gray. We are sorry for the confusion. We have given you a prepaid shipping label to send those bags back to us so we can replace or refund you.
