It is a wire inside of a piece of cloth. It’s not worth any money.

This is one of those things that you never thought you’d love but here you go! These are perfect for face washing and keeps the water from running up the arms. Love them!!
Cute, but arrived with a broken zipper. That was one of the best parts because you could keep some money or a key secure.
I love this watch band. Does loose some elasticity but is to be expected with daily use. Not enough to deter me from buying another! Very comfortable!
