True to size but the arm holes are in a strange place for me. The first time I wore it, it shedded all over the shirt I was wearing with it.

The checked pattern is completely uneven with the top and bottom of the bag. It looks nothing like the picture. I contacted them about a return and haven’t heard from them yet. I will not order from Jane again.

Love this purse! It's not too big, but not too small. Works great for an everyday go to! The Taupe color is great as it will go with blacks or browns.

I am very disappointed in this product. The purse was a lot smaller than it appeared in the picture. Also, I had to pay to return the purse, which cost me as much as the purse did.

I have only used this purse for a little over a week, carried only my wallet and phone in it. The tassel had already came apart within a few days. Then the strap was hanging on by a thread literally, it finally just completely came apart. It was a cute purse but not good quality.
