Pink Mermaid Hair Waver

I am completely disappointed in this product and even more so in the sellers reply to my complaint. This product did not wave or curl my hair. I was so excited to try it. After reading the directions and realizing they are totally unhelpful and unintelligible, I watched a YouTube video so I would use it exactly right. I washed and dried my hair and put in product and ended up with hair that looked crimped a little bit and much worse than before I started. I ended up rewashing my hair! I sent an email to the seller explaining that I was unhappy with the product and she informed me that there are no returns or refunds. In this day and age, I find that policy unacceptable. I shop at Jane constantly and have rarely been unhappy with a product, but when I have, it was handled well. This is a lousy product that does not do what it claims and the seller doesn't care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
