They are too small

I thought the pink would be more pink but its very blush/taupe

I received my boho shimmer rainbow watch band, but not my rainbow Fimo beaded watch band. The order tracking numbers are the same so I guess they were supposed to be in the same bag. The Rainbow Fimo band was not in the package. Can I please get the band I paid for? Thank you so much, I hope to hear from you soon. I tried to open a ticket, but Jane.com said to reply to the email they sent me. Well their email address sent is a “no reply” email. Please help me. This is a Christmas gift.

Maybe I don’t have long enough hair for it to work (a little below my shoulders). But the item was also bent awkwardly in the packaging, in an S shape, and wanted to stay that way. It was difficult to place it around your head because of this. It just didn’t work for me.
