I have sent three emails and pictures showing the purse arrived damaged. I have asked for a refund or just exchange for a new one and have had no response. It is for sale again on site and I would like it to be exchanged. Also the color I received is not the same that was pictured. Very fast shipping, but upset about no response.

This was the first bag I bought on this site and was extremely pleased when it arrived. It has plenty of pockets inside and out, holds everything I need and then some. Can be carried multiple ways, the material it's made of is very durable. You have a new customer for life!

Very cute, but the 38 was a little big. I chose to wear it anyways, and wound up breaking the face of my Apple Watch bc it didn't fit properly. Not the sellers fault.

Love this hat! It's perfect for the fall weather. The color is a little off…I ordered “stone”, expecting white or cream, but the color is more of a taupe. Regardless, it's still super cute and going to be a wardrobe staple!!
