Definitely smaller than you anticipate but I read that in the reviews so I knew what to expect. Nonetheless, you can still fit a considerable amount of stuffed animals etc in the bag, and it is a fabulous way to control the thousands of stuffies plaguing nearly every home in America. Great idea!
