Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the picture. It has a long strap that doesn't work for a short person like me. But it's not worth returning so I'll just have to donate it.
This bag is so cute! I get so many compliments on it and the colorful handle.
My bag came with 2 broken zippers and the strap is so much darker than anything on the bag that it makes me think it’s not the one that comes with it. I contacted seller about the issue and have not received a response. I bought it on clearance so it says no return.
The picture shows the bag having 2 zipper pockets on the inside. There is none

Mine leaks from the lid. The straw doesn't fit through the hole. I've requested a refund, but am still waiting on a reply.
