Not a lot for the price.
I’ve used heat transfer vinyl and the rule has been shiny side down and mirror the image but with this i couldn’t figure it out I tried shiny side down mirror it was backwards, I tried shiny side up it didn’t cut the vinyl just the plastic, I tried shiny side down and not mirroring still backwards
Yes shiny side down, mirror image and cut. Then you weed. Next flip back over so shiny is on top and apply to your garment.

Doesn’t stick to anything
We only use High Quality Oracal 651 Vinyl. It sticks great if applied properly. If you can let us know what you are trying to adhere it to we would be happy to assist you in resolving your issue.
