Very poorly made. We thought this would be a great way for our daughter to travel with her stuffed animals but the zipper broke off the first time we used it. Update: Dani & Em contacted me immediately and sent us a replacement. The quality was much better on the second. The seams were sewn correctly and so far the zipper has not had any problems. Very happy with the second bag. More importantly, I’m very impressed with their customer service and willingness to fix the issue.
