I love this bag! I have never carried a 'backpack' but bought this as a carry tote when I travel, for my purse, ipad, cords, everything! It's classy looking and has lots of storage and pockets. Only thing I would like better is if it weren't so heavy. Great looking in the cream color and classy!!!

Ordered this product for my daughter for Christmas. It would never turn on so was not able to use it. I ordered Dec 2 but was not opened for a week or so after Christmas. They will not return after 14 days. Would definitely not recommend buying something like this from somewhere you can'not be returned.
