The zippers at the top are having issues catching and not zipping right leaving a gap where the bag should be zipped but isn't. One of the top zipper string thing already fell off after one use. The bag also has a weird smell that won't go away. Even with airing it out and trying febreeze on it.

I was very disappointed in this bag! It was very cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture! A total waste of money!

Color was not as pictured. Ordered gray and it was much more taupe than pictured . The bag was smaller than anticipated. Customer service was very prompt and helpful in returning item.

Awesome hat and fit- comfy and cute! The tan is a little more olive than tan but adorable.

Perfect size. Great quality. I wish I would have ordered more for gifts. I have only used it twice and someone commented both times. Larger than I was expecting for the price and that was an awesome surprise!

I really like the look, very stylish. I really don’t care for the straps but it’s not a deal breaker at all. I would up grade the straps from a casual backpack to an up scale purse.

The bag came with the top zipper broken. I ha e attempted to contact t the seller several times. They responded once wanting a photo, but haven’t heard anything else.
