This item is very low quality, it had a terrible smell and zippers did not function properly. There is only one functioning pocket on the front, the upper “pocket” unzips however, there is no space to store items. I’ll be returning this item and the company does not pay for return shipping.
It is not as nice as pictured. Material looks cheap and not as big as it appears. I feel like the handle will break if I have anything heavy in it.
Pleasantly surprised. I love all of the different pockets this bag has. It's also large enough to hold all of my personal and work items.

The zippers at the top are having issues catching and not zipping right leaving a gap where the bag should be zipped but isn't. One of the top zipper string thing already fell off after one use. The bag also has a weird smell that won't go away. Even with airing it out and trying febreeze on it.
